Welcome to Year 3's
A very warm welcome to you all!! A special ‘bula vinaka’ to our new students and their families. We hope your ISS experience will be unique and purposeful.
The students appear to be settling in well and responding positively to the challenges and expectations of a new year. Over the next couple of weeks we will be getting to know each other, establishing routines and conducting the necessary assessments to guide the planning of our teaching and learning programme for the year. We are your teachers for year 3: Alexandra Sutch (3S - Neela), Dasha Singh (3D - Laal), Helena Southcombe (3H - Peela), Kasari Seru, our Year 3 Teacher Assistant, and Lucy Otway our Year 3 Learning Support Teacher. |

Miss Alexandra SutchAfter graduating from ISS over 15 years ago, I have studied to become a chef and worked in restaurants in Australia and the Pacific. I always wanted to become a primary school teacher so took the plunge and graduated from the Australian Catholic University in 2013. I have since then taught in a NSW Public School and studied L3, Language, Learning and Literature, aboriginal and cultural education. The last 4 weeks working at ISS has been a wonderful experience for me and i look forward to the future
